How We Keep Your Property Clean During a Roof Replacement
Why Our New Equipter Makes Roof Replacement Cleaner and More Efficient
A roof replacement is a major project, and while homeowners are usually focused on the finished roof, there’s another important part of the job: what happens to your property during the tear-off.
At Synergy Roofing & Construction, we recently added an Equipter to our equipment lineup to help make that process cleaner, more efficient, and easier on the properties we work on.
What Is an Equipter?
An Equipter is a specialized roofing debris trailer designed to be positioned close to the roofline while old shingles and other materials are being removed.
Instead of tearing off a roof and allowing debris to fall onto large tarps around the house, the Equipter allows much of that material to go directly from the roof into the container.
For homeowners, that can make a big difference.
Less Debris Around Your Home
Roof tear-offs can involve thousands of pounds of old shingles, nails, felt, flashing and other materials.
By collecting debris closer to where it comes off the roof, the Equipter helps reduce the amount of material that has to land around the house before being cleaned up.
That means less debris around:
Landscaping
Flower beds
Driveways
Walkways
Lawns
Decks and patios
We still take all of our normal precautions and thoroughly clean the property, but the Equipter gives our crew another tool to help keep the job site organized from the beginning.
A More Efficient Tear-Off
The Equipter also helps our roofing crew work more efficiently.
Instead of repeatedly carrying debris across the property to a dumpster or trailer, materials can be collected much closer to the work area.
That allows our crew to spend more time working on the roof and less time moving debris around the job site.
Protecting Your Property Is Part of the Job
When you hire a roofing contractor, you're trusting them with much more than your roof.
You're trusting them around your siding, landscaping, driveway, vehicles, gutters and everything else surrounding your home.
At Synergy Roofing & Construction, we believe protecting those areas is part of doing the job correctly.
Investing in equipment like our new Equipter is one more way we're continuing to improve the experience we provide our customers.
Better Equipment. Better Process. Better Experience.
The finished roof will always be the most visible part of a roofing project, but the process matters too.
From quality materials and experienced installation to job-site organization and cleanup, our goal is to make the entire roof replacement process as smooth as possible for the homeowner.
Our new Equipter is just the latest addition helping us do exactly that.
